Keep your inserting line running—and your costs down—with our Feeder Exchange/ Rebuild Program.

If your feeders are costing you a lot in unplanned maintenance, why not consider Muller Martini’s Feeder Exchange/Rebuild Program? It’s a fairly simple process where you can choose either:

  • Feeder Exchange. You exchange your feeder for one we’ve already rebuilt.
  • Feeder Rebuild. We’ll rebuild your specific feeder(s).

All rebuilding work is performed at our conveniently located 197,000 square foot Allentown, Pennsylvania, facility. Here the feeders are stripped down to their frames and each component is analyzed. We replace all the “wear” parts and can even update the feeder to the latest revision for enhanced performance. Our factory-trained technicians ensure that the machines adhere to their original safety standards. The rebuilt feeders are then carefully tested with “live” products, and shipped back to you ready to be installed.

In addition to costing a lot less than all-new feeders, a rebuilt feeder will reduce your maintenance costs and unplanned downtime while protecting your investment. All feeders are restored to original factory specifications so they’ll perform just as they did when you first installed them. And, our Feeder Exchange/Rebuild program is fully warranted.

Timing depends on our inventory, but one or two feeders can be rebuilt fairly quickly. For a larger quantity, total turnaround takes about eight weeks.

If you’re looking for enhanced reliability, performance and throughput from your feeders, contact me for more details about our Feeder Exchange/Rebuild Program.
