And that means our parts department and its specialists are here for you. Naturally, Muller Martini has taken every precaution to protect its employees, and most of us are working from home. Nonetheless, we are committed to providing you with the prompt, comprehensive and seamless parts support you have come to know and expect.
We continue to receive parts daily from our factories in Switzerland and Germany, as well as from local suppliers. These parts are being put in inventory, and all backorders are shipped within one or two days. Next day and 2nd day orders are given priority by our fulfillment department which is doing an incredible job of expediting orders, despite working split shifts and adhering to social distancing. We appreciate their hard work during these trying times.
