Announcing an all-new saddle stitching system from Muller Martini.

Some welcomed news during this challenging time. This October Muller Martini is launching the Prinova, the ideal saddle stitcher for printing facilities working with conventional and digital printing methods or for those who want to enter digital production in the future. The Prinova offers a clear advantage in terms of efficiency compared with other saddle stitchers in its performance class.

Operating at 9,000 c/hr, key benefits of the Prinova include:

  • Innovative feeding station. Up to a total of 14 individual, tiltable feeders, each equipped with servo drives, results in incredibly quick changeovers. Feeders can be operated by a single operator thanks to their loading height and large capacity and can also be used for manual feeding to the gathering chain.
  • Centralized operation. All settings are input centrally on a user-friendly interface and large touchscreen which helps shorten processes.
  • Next-generation ASIR PRO camera system. Optimizes quality control and reads 1D, 2D barcodes and images, eliminating costly incorrect signature sequencing in stitched products.
  • Info connectivity. Real-time line production data can be collected, visualized and forwarded to your existing MIS.

Be prepared for your digital future with the Prinova.

In addition, the digital-ready Prinova can be expanded to process short-run digital printing jobs. This affords graphic arts companies a high level of investment security as you’re prepared for new business opportunities as they arise.

Please feel free to reach out to me or your Regional Sales Manager if you would like additional information about the all-new Prinova.
