Jan 1st 2024 was a big day here at Muller Martini. As most of you have noticed by now Muller Martini has gone through a change as it relates to our Parts system. While change is never easy at first, we hope in the long run it will benefit you greatly. Muller Martini is working on improving some of the challenges we have heard from your feedback, such as the speed is not fast enough. This issue is at the top of the list, and you should see a significant improvement very soon. In addition, other improvements are coming soon as we type this blog. You will again have access to parts manuals as before, in the interim, you can still log into the old site and access your manuals until our new MPower site is updated.
Our old MPower website is read-only legacy site, however, you will be able to access all your account information. Since this is a legacy site account information has not been updated after December 31, 2023. In other words, improvements to our new MPower site will continue to get better as we want to meet all of your needs. We thank you for your patience and understanding until we get it there.
