Like most customers, Consolidated Press in Seattle, Washington, has in-house maintenance programs that keep equipment in good running condition. However, when they noticed production numbers were off on their Primera and Bravo saddle stitchers, they had the equipment analyzed using Muller’s MMInspect program. MMInspect uncovered areas where repairs were needed. Consolidated Press had Muller Martini conduct the repairs, utilizing the MMSelect service program.
Afterwards Brian Lester, Operations Manager, told me that the production numbers they are now realizing have not been seen for some time. If you’re not getting the throughput you think you should, why not consider scheduling an MMInspect to ensure that your Muller equipment is running at optimum levels.
